The river Verde springs from mount Acquaviva (2.737 metres above sea level) and forks off into two branches that come together again right by Fara San Martino, where Delverde’s pasta factory is located. Delverde’s pasta-making tradition is borne from the very waters of the Verde. This natural environment allows us to use the purest spring waters and only the finest durum wheat semolina, to make natural, great-tasting, healthy food products.
